RETURNS OF USED/EMPTY BOTTLES
You have 4 options:
1. Give empties back to the rider delivering your new order
2. Order a pick-up of your empties – these pick-ups will be scheduled when our rider is next in your area.
3. If it would be more convenient, you can always drop them off at our office from 09:30-17:30 / Tuesday through Friday. Send us a Whatsapp message or call us ahead of time to let us know you're coming.
4. Alternatively, you can also pop them in the post. Please note: this option is at your own cost/risk:
- Make sure you wrap the bottles securely to avoid damage.
- Include a note with your name or customer ID (to be found in your account, or any order confirmation emails).
RETURNS OF UNUSED PRODUCT
Our return policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including the carrying tote.
We don't refund the bottle deposit if they have been badly damaged.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require you to fill out our return form and specify the reasons for returning the item and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, always send your items to our Head Office:

RETURN OF YOUR BOTTLE DEPOSITS
Once we receive your tote with returned products, your refundable deposits will be automatically added to the deposit balance in your account and can be applied to your next order. When you make a new order, the deposits for those products will be automatically deducted from the deposit balance in your account.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and to inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be credited back to your account. If your request is rejected, we will give you the reason why.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within one week of your return, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we are alerted within 14 days of purchase. Please get in touch with us to organise product exchange on firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item you are returning was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
